arrived late, but my room was still not ready! then I watched as others received their keys right away. to top it off, the walls are so thin that every light footstep above me felt like an earthquake. where's my complimentary upgrade for this inconvenience? this hotel is absolutely NOT worth it, despite some decent décor.

The lobby looks great and the morning staff was super friendly. I loved the breakfast options, especially the fresh fruit and made-to-order omelets. The beds were comfy, and having a Keurig in my room was a nice touch. A solid stay! 😊

missingWrote a review on 29 Octattentive stafflengthy check-inpoor sound insulation
The hotel's staff was attentive and welcoming throughout my stay.
Unfortunately, checking in was a lengthy process, and when I arrived at 5:50 PM, my room was not ready despite check-in starting at 3 PM. Others were given their rooms before me, which was frustrating as I had been waiting. The sound insulation was poor. I could hear footsteps from the room above and children running in the halls, making it hard to relax after a long day.

missingWrote a review on 30 Junclean roomconvenient locationloud air conditionerinconsistent coolingsleep disturbance
The location was perfect for attending nearby events, with lots of restaurant options available, including 54th Street next door. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great Keurig for coffee lovers. However, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool at night and could be quite loud, making sleep difficult. These factors took away from an otherwise pleasant stay.

I did face an issue with a billing hold that wasn't released promptly, which added some stress to my stay.

Comfortable Stay with Great Staff
We enjoyed our stay, particularly the friendly dinner staff who crafted delicious meals. The bar had a cozy ambiance, perfect for winding down. Our room was clean, but some common areas could use more attention. Tip, try the fresh vegetable omelets for breakfast!
